Moral Support Studios operates the Moral Support Suite — a set of business management tools available at moralsupportstudios.com and its subdomains. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is protected.

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive and store the following from your Google account:

• Your name
• Your email address
• A unique identifier from Google

We do not receive or store your Google password.

We also collect information you provide directly, such as organization names and membership details entered while using the application.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To identify you within organizations you belong to
• To send invitation emails on your behalf when you invite others to an organization

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie (ms_sso) to keep you signed in across the suite. This cookie is scoped to .moralsupportstudios.com and expires after one hour of inactivity. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@moralsupportstudios.com.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored — authentication is handled exclusively through Google OAuth. Database access is restricted to our application servers.
